Have you ever tried fried ice cream?
I tried it first in a restaurant, so decided to recreate this recipe at home. It tastes amazing, highly recommended😊

Instructions
Step 1
Working very quickly, scoop the ice cream, wrap each scoop in cling film, and form a ball. Freeze for 1 hour or until very firm.
Step 2
Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs and whisk an egg with vanilla extract.
Step 3
Again, very quickly unwrap the ice cream ball and coat it in the egg mixture first, then in the crumbs. Freeze overnight.
Step 4
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the ice cream balls for 8-10 seconds (one at a time) until golden.
Step 5
Remove with a slotted spoon, drain briefly on a paper towel, then serve immediately, drizzled with Biscoff spread if desired.
