Instructions
Step 1
Combine water sugar and yeast, let sit for 10 min till foamy
Step 2
Add warm milk and yogurt to yeast mixture whisk till well combined.

Combine 4 cups flour and salt in mixer, add yeast yogurt mixture. Mix and knead for 3-4 minutes.

Let rise 1 hour
Step 5
Turn dough out onto floured surface, knead gently to make disk. Cut 12 equal sized portions.
Step 6
Room each piece into ball. Roll ball into 1/4” think by 6” wide.
Step 7
Cook dough on hot skillet.
Step 8
Brush cooked naan with melted butter with garlic, then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt
Step 9
Cover with towel to keep warm
