1 Packetbutternut biscuits

100 gmsmarg
melted

250 gmscream cheese
1can Coconut Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 teaspoonsgelatine

2 x 300mlcream

¼ cuplemon juice

lemon rind

Instructions
Step 1
Spray and Line a spring pan with baking paper, sides and bottom.
Step 2
Melt marg add to biscuits. Mix well press into tin and a little up the side. Put in fridge.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and coconut sweetened condensed milk, together. Add in the gelatin, then the add the cream If you want plain add vanilla essence.
Step 4
Boil jug, place 3 teaspoons gelatine into the empty tin add boiling water, about half a tin, mix well.
Step 5
Beat together, add 2 x 300ml cream, whipped, mix the gelatin in then the cream
Step 6
If you want plain add vanilla essence. Add lemon juice, rind and/or lime juice and rind. Taste it add more if it’s not tart enough.
Step 7
Mix well. Pour into biscuit base. Refrigerate. Overnight is best
