4 cbread flour

Dough filling (pre-bake)
Bavarian cream filling (post-bake)
Frosting (decorating)
Instructions
Step 1
Dough: place ingredients in machine following the specs of that particular machine. Set for dough cycle. After complete on dough cycle, roll out to approx. 17x10" rectangle.
Step 2
Filling: mix together brown sugar and cinnamon (NOT butter). Spread softened butter over dough. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top. Roll from long end, pinching edges closed when completely rolled. Form desired cake shape. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
Step 3
Bavarian Cream: blend ingredients together until combined and fluffy.
Step 4
Icing: blend ingredients together until combined. Color as desired for decorating.
