150ggranulated sugar
45gunsalted butter
melted
2eggs
250mlmilk
180gall-purpose flour
1 ½ tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt

Preheat oven at 180°C

Mix together the sugar, butter and eggs
Step 3
Add the milk
Step 4
Stir in the dry ingredients
For the filling

Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt
Step 6
Pour it on top of the peaches
Step 7
Add the lemon juice and mix
Peach cobbler
Step 8
Pour the cake batter into a 23cm buttered pan
Step 9
Put the peaches on top of it
Step 10
Bake at 180°C for 50 to 60min
Step 11
Let it cool 10min before serving (with ice cream)
