Basic hot chocolate from scratch. Use either water with milk powder or milk. Cinnamon and vanilla optional. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream, or drink as is.

Step 1
Add dry ingredients to sauce pan and melt sugar & chocolate a bit. Add 1/2 cup water and mix until it becomes syrup consistency. Add remaining water + powdered milk or sub milk. Top with favourite hot chocolate toppings or drink as is.
