Instructions
Step 1
Place yams in 10”x6” inch shallow baking dish
Step 2
Pour orange juice over yams.
Step 3
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt; mix well.
Step 4
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over yams.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned, (Watch carefully while broiling.)
