For The Oats Layer:
40gChocolate Orange Porridge Oats
for even creamier overnight oats you can blend them
100mlalmond milk
For The Chocolate Ganache Layer:

Instructions
Step 1
In a microwave safe small bowl, mix together the oats and milk, then microwave for 1.5 minutes and mix again. Leave to sit in the fridge and firm up whilst you prepare the ganache layer.
Step 2
To make the ganache, mix together in a separate small bowl the cocoa powder, water and maple syrup, until you get a thick paste.
Step 3
Next, into a jar, add you oats base layer that’s been firming up. Then top with the orange marmalade, spreading out evenly.
Step 4
Finally cover with your chocolate ganache layer.
Step 5
Leave in the fridge overnight and tuck in the next morning :).
