Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix by hand (start with the liquids and add the flour and anise seeds after)
Step 2
As for the flour, add bit by but until a sort of gluey consistency is formed (check the video on my socials for reference!)
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In an oven tray, add the batter one table spoon at a time to make cookies and cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
