Step 1
In a food processor, mix salt, sugar, butter and 1 1/2 cups flour. Pulse mixture until butter is the size of peas.

Add remain flour and pulse 4-5 times.
Step 3
Slowly pour water and vodka into the food processor while pulsing just until combined.
Step 4
Divide dough into two equal balls.
Step 5
Roll dough out and place bottom crust into an 8-inch pie pan.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 7
Sift flour and cocoa powder into a bowl. Transfer to a medium sauce pan and add sugar, vanilla extract and cream. Cut butter into small pieces. Combine, and whisk all ingredients together.
Step 8
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks and add to pan. Heat the mixture, on medium heat, stirring constantly until the butter is melted.
Step 9
Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pie feel set. Refrigerate.
