Step 1
Preheat airfryer to 350F

Step 2
Mix all of your dry in one bowl (almond flour, baking soda, salt, sweetener,xanthan gum)
Step 3
Mix all of the wet in one bowl (butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract)
Step 4
Combine the wet and dry until your cookie dough forms
Step 5
Form your cookie dough into 1-2 inch size balls and place on baking sheet!
Step 6
Airfry for 5-7 minutes. Your cookies will cook rather quickly, so check on it every 3 minutes!
Step 7
Serve with some ice cold milk and enjoy!
