Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375F or 190C and line muffin tin with paper liners
Step 2
Mix eggs, oil, milk, honey, yogurt and vanilla sugar together until well blended. Add 1 cup oat meal and crushed cereal/cookies. Let soak for 10 minutes.








Step 3
In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt. Add wet ingredients and mix until blended (into thick batter). Stir in grated apple.






Step 4
Scoop the batter into muffin tin and fill almost to the top (they rise very little)
Step 5
Mix brown sugar and rolled oats together and sprinkle on top.


Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes (until a toothpick inserted into the centre of muffin comes out clean)
Step 7
Serve warm with butter or jam.
