Step 1
Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in egg whites, vanilla, and dates. Spread into 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 bars. Roll in granulated and powdered sugar. I use combination of both.
