Step 1
Soften cream cheese in the microwave for about thirty second.
Step 2
Melt the margarine in the microwave for about thirty seconds, twice.
Step 3
Mix sugar, salt, and corn starch in large sauce pan. *add cinnamon and/or cocoa powder
Step 4
Turn on med-high heat while slowly whisking in milk then softened cream cheese.
Step 5
Continuously whisk until boiling. Allow to boil for a few minutes then turn stove to a low heat to simmer.
Step 6
Take off heat once thickened to about half of the consistency of pudding and add vanilla extract and margarine.
Step 7
Pour into serving dish and place in refrigerator for a minimum of three hours to cool and finish setting.
