Instructions

Decore your peppers

Was cleared out sprinkle a little salt inside the pepper and place upside down on a foil lined pan at 400° for 10 mins.
Step 3
Shred your 1lb of chicken and then season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. (I used a little creole seasoning too) Once seasoned set aside.
Step 4
In a sauce pan, put your butter and garlic powder (I used minced garlic) and cook till fragrant. Then add in your cream cheese, heavy cream and shredded cheese. Stir till melted and smooth.
Step 5
Once everything is melted; pour cheese mixture into chicken. Mix all together and make sure all chicken is coated.
Step 6
Spoon chicken mixture into the peppers. All of the chicken (the whole pound) should fit into the peppers.
Step 7
After the peppers are filled sprinkle some of your shredded cheese on top of each. Bake right side up for 15 minutes at 400° F.
