Instructions

Step 1
Take out chicken breasts and cut off all the excess fat.
Step 2
Use meat tenderizing hammer and pound the breasts until they are flattened
Step 3
Get a 9x13 cassrole dish out and dump the diced tomatoes on the bottom.
Step 4
Put chicken breasts on top.
Step 5
Mix soups and cheeses in a bowl then spread on top of chicken breasts.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and put in over at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 165.
Step 7
Cook rice or potatoes then scoop chicken and creamy mixture on top.
Step 8
