Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl add the water milk sugar and yeast, stir and leave it to prove

Then in another bowl put the flour and salt
Step 3
Once the yeast has proven (this means its starts to rise or bubbles to show that its alive ) add the melted butter and then one egg and whisk
Step 4
Slowly add the flour mixture and whisk until a dough forms
Step 5
once formed kneed it on the table (with flour dusted so it doesn't stick) and form a ball

Then leave it to a side to prove (raise) for an hour
Step 7
Roll the dough out and spread some butter on it, then sprinkle and spread the cinnamon mixture and roll up into a swirl
Step 8
Cut it up into the desired slices and put in the tray then let it prove again for another hour
Step 9
Glaze and Place in the oven until golden brown for 15-20minutes at 190 degrees celcius
Step 10
Whilst cooking make the glaze by adding all the ingredients in a bowl and melt the butter
Step 11
Stir until smooth (the milk quantity depends on the smoothness but don't add too much)
