With a knife, peel your ripe plantain.

Step 2

Slice plain on a diagonal. Make sure they are all the same width.

Step 3

Preheat Air Fryer to 400 Degrees. Spray the inside of the air fryer with olive oil.

Step 4

Air Fry Plantain at 400 Degrees for 6min. Flip halfway. Enjoy!
