Step 1
Preheat your oven at 230c
Step 2
Start by browning the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat stirring until you see brown bits.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and let it cool for a bit.
Step 4
Add the sugar and whip it, followed by the egg, milk, and vanilla.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients then the chocolate.
Step 6
Scoop 1 tbsp at a time and place on parchment paper.
Step 7
Bake at 180c for 12 mins on middle rack convection oven.
Step 8
Transfer to a rack and let them cool for 10mins.
