Instructions

Step 1
Clean and devein shrimp then dab fry with a paper towel . Use a heavy knife and flatten the shrimp with the blade then roughly chop .add a pinch of salt form into a ball then throw into a bowl pick up and repeat about twenty times this will help with the texture .

Add minced garlic ginger white pepper cilantro /coriander scallions sesame oil egg white and cornstarch then massage and mix until smooth .

Step 3
Cut the crusts off of the bread then spread some mixture and top and cover with another slice of bread . This can be cut into quarters and gently brushed with oil and put on a baking sheet . Another way is to put some mixture on bread then press down into a plate of sesame seeds and cut the bread into triangles . These can be bakes at 200 c or 392 f fan setting for 15 minutes or until golden . Mix Mayo and hot sauce in a bowl for dipping and enjoy
