Instructions

Step 1
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
Heat a few inches of oil in a pot to 180ºC. Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop a few balls of batter straight into the hot oil and fry for a few minutes, rotating often til golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Cool for 5 mins then toss in sugar if desired. Serve immediately!
