Talk about EASY!!! I've never made such a simple, but flavor packed dip in my life. This whole recipe takes just a few minutes to put together and makes an incredible appetizer that you can share with family and friends (or just eat by yourself because it's that good)!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.

Step 2
To make the dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1¾ cup mozzarella, mayo, sour cream, green onions, buffalo sauce, cayenne, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder. Season with salt.

Step 3
Gently fold in almost all of the cooked chicken, reserving about 1/4 cup for topping. Fold until just combined.

Step 4
Transfer dip to a medium baking dish or skillet (I used a cast iron) and top with remaining cheese.

Step 5
Add the rest of the chicken to the center of the dip and bake until bubbly and slightly golden, 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 6
When dip is ready, garnish with green onions and pickles and serve!
