In a greased pan, brown ground beef on medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until cooked fully through.

Cook mini potatoes. I recommend getting the little potato brand; I throw them in the microwave for 5 minutes!

Chop vegetables of choice.
Step 4
Assemble bowls with 4 ounces of beef, 1.5 cup romaine lettuce, .5 c grape tomatoes, onion to taste, 28 grams fat free cheese, and 112 grams mini potatoes.
Step 5
Add 2 tbsp of dressing when you are ready to enjoy. I recommend low calorie thousand island dressing.
