Instructions

Step 1
Place the watermelon and key lime juice and zest on a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Sweeten the mixture to taste with the date sugar. Keep in mind that the flavor will be watered down once you add the soft-jelly coconut water.
Step 3
On a tall glass, serve 2/3 watermelon mixture and 1/3 soft-jelly coconut water. Mix with a spoon, and enjoy your Watermelon Refresher!
