Love pumpkin? Then you will fall in love with these Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins! I took the original recipe and spruced it up a bit and added Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips. They are my new favorite breakfast food!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the room temperature 6 oz of cream cheese, powdered Swerve sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 2
Stir in in sugar-free chocolate chips and set aside.
Step 3
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with liners. Scoop a small amount of pumpkin batter into the bottom of each liner. Add about 2 tbsp on cream cheese/chocolate chip filling, top with a little more pumpkin batter. Bake for about 25 mins. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy.
