This classic chocolate ganache is great topping for your brownies, dipping strawberries, & dip your cupcakes in it too! Upgrade your morning coffee to a mocha or peppermint mocha! So many possibilities! Have fun with this, like us professionals!

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium size pot, add in your water and corn syrup and place on stove/ medium high heat. You are wanting it to come to a boil.

In a large bowl, place chocolate and butter in it.

Step 3
Once the pot on the stove comes to a boil, pour over chocolate & butter and let it sit for a little bit, and then slowly start whisking the mixture. Carefully, because it can splatter! Mix it until it comes together. **Now would be a good time to spread it on your brownies, dip cupcakes/strawberries

Place in a Tupperware container for storage. Keep in refrigerator and use it whenever you would like!
