Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together oat fiber and sweetener

Mix brown sweetener or 0cal syrup with water in another bowl/cup
Step 3
Add to dry mixture

Add 3-4 tbsp water 1 tbsp at a time, stirring well each time

Stir in cinnamon powder and vanilla
Step 6
Line a lightly greased baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture thinly
