Instructions
Step 1
Heat vinegar and dissolve sugar and salt into it. Add to cooked rice, stir to combine.
Step 2
Shred imitation crab using a fork. Chop into small pieces.
Step 3
Add all topping ingredients to imitation crab and stir well to combine.
Step 4
Spread rice on bottom of medium sized casserole dish and gently press down to compact into a smooth layer. Top with furikake.
Step 5
Add topping to the rice layer and spread evenly. Top with more furikake, then add a drizzle of sriracha and mayo.
Step 6
Broil on high for 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
To enjoy, spoon onto bite-sized pieces of nori and top with avocado.
