Meatballs wrapped in bacon and then glazed with bbq sauce. whats not to love?

Instructions
Step 1
remove the casing to each sausage. Into a large bowl goes the sausage mix, 1/4 cup of panko crumbs, 1 egg, 1-2 Tbs of basil, 1 onion finely diced, 3-4 garlic gloves minced, Salt & Pepper to season. Mixed until combined.
Step 2
Cut bacon to size and wrap around your meatballs and place 1 tooth pick per meat ball (MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THEM AT THE VERY END AND ENSURE YOU HAVE DONE SO OR YOU MAY BE HARMED)

Step 3
Place meat balls onto a raised rack ensuring you have a drip tray and into the oven at 175 fan forced for about 40-50 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. (if you're unsured you can cut into one to see if its cooked through)
Step 4
Whilst meatballs are cooking cobine 1/4 cup of bbq sauce to 2 Tbs of tomato sauce (make more if needed). Once meatballs are cooked dip each one leaving the tooth picks on and put back into the over for another 15-20 minutes.

Add your preferred amount of dressing to the salad and bone-apple-teeth. ;)
