Instructions

Step 1
Firstly, slice your bacon into thin-ish strips. The thickness will depend on what type of sausages you’re using. I’m using cocktail sausages but you can use whatever you like!

Step 2
Next, we’re going to place our sausage at the top of our bacon strip and roll it up

Step 3
Now we’re going to place our pigs in blankets into our airfryer (or oven) and drizzle over some olive oil. I used rosemary and thyme infused oil, but again you can use whatever takes your fancy

Step 4
Then we’re going to place a small amount of our sugar onto our pigs. Next, we’re going to bake them for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Don’t forget to keep an eye on them as they may cook quicker!

Lastly, we’re going to plate our pigs up and add a generous grating of nutmeg to taste. Finally, it’s time to devour the whole plateful!
