Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2
Drain fat and measure out 8.75 oz. Return to skillet. Save the rest for another use.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar, syrup, chili powder, and salt; pour over ground beef. Heat skillet over low heat. Stir until combined. Continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes stirring often.
Step 4
Divide mixture in half and top each portion with 2 tablespoons cheese.

Put mixture in a lettuce wrap or eat straight from a bowl!
