Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken breast in half and pound them out
Step 2
In a Ziploc bag add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon zest
Step 3
Add chicken and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no more than 3 hours
Step 4
Add canola oil to frying pan and heat on medium
Step 5
Take chicken out of refrigerator and roll in flour and press
Step 6
Fry on medium heat covered until golden brown on both sides
