Instructions
Step 1
Add salt white pepper black pepper garlic powder chili powder onion powder and thyme to a small bowl and mix to combine








Step 2
If the chicken breasts are thick slice in half then add one heaped tbsp of the mix to the chicken and massage it in. Set aside for 10 minutes

Step 3
Get three large plates or bowls and add flour to one breadcrumbs to another and beaten egg to the last . Add a heaped tbsp of the seasoning to each one and mix well



Step 4
Dip the chicken in the flour and coat well then dip in the egg then in the breadcrumbs . Fry in oil on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides . ( don’t have the oil too hot or the outside will be dark and the inside not cooked ) drain on paper towels
Step 5
Slice a large baguette lengthwise then optionally butter it and add lettuce Mayo cheddar cheese and the chicken cut in slices .
