Ingredients

1 cupalmond meal
¼ teaspoonbaking powder
5 ½ teaspoonground cinnamon
¼ teaspoonnutmeg
1 pinchsalt
¼ cuppure maple syrup
1 tablespooncoconut oil
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
¼ cupapplesauce
¼ cupunsweetened coconut milk

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients, except for the apples and stir to combine.
Step 3
Dice and sauté the apples over medium heat for 5 minutes with the coconut oil and ground cinnamon.
Step 4
Add the sautéed apples and gently fold in to combine.
Step 5
Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil.
Step 6
Add the batter and bake for 18 minutes.
Step 7
Allow to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before removing from the mini muffin tin.
