Fish (salmon) glaze

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredient in small bowl until well blended.
Step 2
Place fish fillets in center of large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil or grill pan.
Step 3
Brush with butter mixture.
Step 4
Grill over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with additional seasoned salt, if desired.
Step 5
For salmon, broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish reaches an internal temperature of 131 degrees.
