Step 1
Soak fruits in sugar 1 hour, then roast peaches in oven 1 hour. Cool then puree fruits in blender. Mix evaporated milk and pudding mix. Combine in food processor, add all ingredients blend until incorporated then transfer to ice cream machine. Churn 30 minutes or u til done. Portion in small plastic containers and freeze.
