Instructions
Step 1
Combine dough ingredients and allow dough hook to knead for several minutes. Then let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour.
Step 2
Mix cinnamon filling together.
Step 3
Roll out dough into a large rectangle. Spread cinnamon filling. Roll dough from the short side.
Step 4
Move dough to greased loaf pan. Add leftover cinnamon filling to the top. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes at 450.
