Step 1
Set the oven to 225 degrees.

Crumble the yeast in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the margarine and pour in the milk, letting it warm to the touch.

Stir the yeast and add the milk mixture into the bowl.
Step 5
Add salt, syrup, cardamom. Stir and then add the flour.

Work together into a smooth dough.

Split the dough in two

Roll out the two doughs into two rectangles.

Mix together cinnamon, margarine, and sugar and spread on the two doughs.
Step 10
Roll each dough into a roll and divide it into pieces.
Step 11
Place the pieces into the paper cups on a plate and leave to rise for an hour.
Step 12
Brush with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 13
Bake in the middle of the oven for 5-10 minutes at 225º.
