Step 1
Combine corn starch and 4 tbsp water first until there are no lumps anymore. Then add rice, plant milk and corn starch mix in a pot and heat up on medium heat. Let it simmer while stirring until it thickens up.
Step 2
Turn off the heat and mix in protein powder and vegan yoghurt, then serve with your favorite toppings. I used homemade plum compote but any fruit and nut butter would be amazing!
