Instructions
Step 1
Cut your potatoes in half then criss cross but don’t cut all the way
Step 2
Melt 70g of butter in the microwave or saucepan
Step 3
Add the butter to the base of the air fryer, and add in some of Parmesan, & paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Glaze potatoes with melted butter or an oil spray
Step 5
Top with more Parmesan and air fry at 400 for 20 mins
Step 6
Turn, top with more Parmesan and some rosemary and air fryer for 10 mins at 400
