2 lbsbeef stew meat
cubed
¼ cupall purpose flour
1onion
chopped
4 stemcelery
chopped
1 cupbaby carrots
4russet potatoes
chopped
2 Tbsptomato paste
32 ozbeef broth
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2garlic cloves
minced
1 Tbspdried parsley
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 Tbsporegano
2bay leaves
3 Tbspcornstarch
3 Tbspwater

1 cupfrozen peas
Instructions
Step 1
Toss the beef cubes in the flour, salt and pepper.
Step 2
As Lightly spray or line your crockpot
Step 3
Add in all ingredients except the cornstarch, water, and peas.
Step 4
Cook on low 6 hours.
Step 5
30 minutes before it’s done mix the cornstarch and water together and mix well into the stew.
Step 6
Add the peas
Step 7
Continue cooking 30 minutes
