½ teaspoonbaking soda

¾ cupgranulated sugar

¾ cupapple
peeled and chopped

2eggs

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

½ cupvegetable oil

½ cupgreek yogurt
Cinnamon topping

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Stir together. Then add chopped apple and stir together.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add eggs, vanilla, oils, yogurt. Whisk briefly just to break up egg yokes.
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Spoon batter into small baking pan.
Cinnamon topping
Step 5
Mix cinnamon, sugar, butter and sprinkle on top of cake batter.
Step 6
Bake 30-35 minutes
Glaze
Step 7
Mix sugar and milk together. Drizzle over cake.
