3 ozFODMAP Breadcrumbs

7.5oz can of red salmon
7.5 ozcan of red salmon
2 eggs
2eggs
2tsp lemon juice
2 tsplemon juice
Pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Soak breadcrumbs in milk
Step 2
Tip salmon into basin and mix together with liquid from can
Step 3
Add to milk and bread crumbs
Step 4
Add beaten eggs salt and pepper and lemon juice
Step 5
Mix well and pour into a greased loaf tin or fish tin Bake gas mark 4 for 45 minutes
Step 6
You can use pink salmon to add some tomato ketchup
