Espresso Fudge brownie pie. I added about 1/3 cup Ghirardelli chocolate sauce to batter, and served with ice cream and caramel sauce.

Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate, set aside

Beat eggs and sugar till light and foamy, about four minutes.

Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture, add espresso.

Combine flour, salt and cocoa and add to batter.
Step 5
Pour batter into pie crust and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Don't overbake, bake just till set. Middle should still be a little gooey. Top will crack.
