Instructions
Step 1
Grind garlic and ginger for later use


Step 2
Chop chicken thigh into pieces, cured and massage the meat for better absorption, at least 30min (Don chop too small, will shrink during deep fry)






Step 3
Coat the chicken with potato starch, let set for 10-15min
Step 4
Spray oil on the chicken, put in air fryer, 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken and fried for another 15 min
