Baked Cheesecake with berries
This cheesecake is so refreshing, fluffy and light😋 I couldn’t wait for it to cool down before I dig in with a fork😅.
It’s my first time baking this cheesecake and it turned out to be AMAZING! It’s lighter and less sugary than the store bought ones.
It’s so easy. Just follow the recipe and directions

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 350 F

Step 2
Crush the cookies in the food processor.
Step 3
Melt the butter and mix with the crushed cookies
Step 4
Add the mix to a cake pan and press down and put in the oven for 5 min
Step 5
whip the cream cheese until it’s fluffy
Step 6
Add sugar, vanilla and lemon and mix until it’s creamy
Step 7
Add the eggs one at a time and mix in between each one. Just mix at low speed until it’s incorporated but don’t over mix so cake doesn’t cave in.
Step 8
Last thing add the sour cream and mix until it’s blended but don’t over do it.
Step 9
Pour the batter onto the crust and place pan on the middle rack of the oven

In an empty cake pan add boiled water and place on lower rack
Step 11
Set the timer for 20 min
Step 12
When timer goes off cover the cheesecake with aluminum foil and keep in the oven for another 20 min
Step 13
When the time is up turn off the oven and remove the foil but done take out the cake. Let it stay for another 20 min.
Step 14
Remove gently from the oven and decorate with homemade jam (sugar and fruits) or ready made jam.
Step 15
I added raspberries, blueberries and blackberries but u can choose whatever fruits u prefer.
Step 16
Cheesecake is best eaten after 4 hours or more in the fridge. That’s if u can wait 😆
