Instructions

Step 1
Tear off 4 12in. pieces of foil and spray with a light coat of cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix oil, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, green beans, sausage, potatoes, and onions together and stir until coated well.
Step 3
Place an even amount of the green bean mixture in the middle of each foil packet
Step 4
Bring the edges of foil together and bend closed so there are no openings
Step 5
Bake in a 400 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Step 6
Open to vent steam and season with salt & pepper before serving.
