Step 1
Put sliced turkey on griddle. While turkey heats up spread mayo on one slice of bread then put 1 slice of cheese on bread. Then slice avacado and put on cheese. Put hot turkey on to of avocado, cover with second slice of cheese and another slice of Pumpernickel. Put 1tsp butter on griddle and grill sandwich, take off grill, melt more butter and flip. Cover with lid and grill 2 minutes until bread is crispy and the cheese is melted. Serve with fig jam.
