Instructions

Step 1
Soak gelatin in cold water
Step 2
Put a saucepan over low heat, pour in 100 ml of cream, add vanilla sugar and gelatin
Step 3
When the gelatin is dissolved, add 100 g of white chocolate, stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes
Step 4
Whip 400 ml of cream with powdered sugar and cream cheese. If using agave syrup instead of sugar, add it at the end to adjust the sweetness
Step 5
Add gelatin mixture, stir
Step 6
Pour into molds and refrigerate overnight
