1 lbground beef

2 tspworcestershire sauce

1pepper
diced

1onion
diced

2cloves garlic

8 ozspinach leaves

2 x 14.5 ozcans petite diced tomatoes

8 oztomato sauce

2 Tbsptomato paste

2 Cwhole wheat macaroni noodles
cooked, drained

2 Cmozzarella
diced or shredded

1 ½ Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbspbasil

2 tsporegano

1 tspground pepper

1 Tbspsalt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta noodles to Al dente. Set aside.


Step 2
Brown ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce in a large sauté pan. Remove meat when done from pan but leave the grease.

Step 3
Add the peppers to the grease pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add onions, garlic and spinach. Cook until soft.
Step 4
Add all 3 tomato kinds to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add all spices and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 6
In a large bowl or in a lasagna pan, mix noodles, 1/2 the cheese, meat and veggies.

Step 7
Transfer all ingredients to the lasagna pan (if you haven’t already). Top with remaining cheese and cover in foil.


Step 8
Cook for 25 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
